BYKERS.APP is a community for motorcyclists. To ensure everyone feels comfortable, we ask you to follow these guidelines.

What We Expect

    Treat other members the way you would like to be treated. Respect different opinions and experience levels.

    Support newcomers and share your knowledge. The best community thrives on exchange.

    Honest Communication

    Provide truthful information. False information about routes or events can be dangerous.

    Safety First

    Never encourage dangerous riding behavior. Speeding or illegal actions have no place here.

    Report Violations

    If you see content that violates these guidelines, please report it. This helps keep the community clean.

What We Do Not Tolerate

    Hate Speech and Discrimination

    Insults, threats, or discrimination based on gender, origin, religion, sexual orientation, or other personal characteristics will not be tolerated.

    Glorification of Violence

    Content that glorifies violence, calls for dangerous behavior, or promotes illegal activities.

    Illegal Activities

    Incitement to criminal offenses, particularly illegal racing, driving under the influence of alcohol/drugs, or hit-and-run.

    Spam and Unauthorized Advertising

    Unsolicited advertising, chain letters, MLM offers, or repeated identical posts.

    Fraud and Deception

    Fake profiles, fraudulent offers, or attempts to deceive or exploit other users.

    Copyright Violations

    Publication of content for which you do not have the rights (other people's photos, videos, texts without permission).

Consequences for Violations

Depending on the severity of the violation, we take the following measures:

  1. Warning - For first-time or minor violations, you will receive a warning asking you to change your behavior.
  2. Temporary Suspension - For repeated or more serious violations, your account may be temporarily suspended.
  3. Permanent Exclusion - For serious violations or after multiple warnings, a permanent exclusion from the platform will occur.
  4. Legal Action - For criminally relevant violations, we reserve the right to inform the relevant authorities and take legal action.
